SOCCER SEVENS: Birtwistle and Smith double up as Inter sink Pity

Inter ran out 5-2 winners against Birmingham Pity in the Sunday League.

Sam Birtwistle and Robbie Smith were the match winners with a double apiece, Dean Fleming completed the scoring.

Lewis Day was on target twice for Pity.

Murder on Zidanes Floor ran out 4-1 winners against 50 Shades of O’Shea.

Ricky Jones hit a double, Jamie McKenzie and Sam Robinson also found the net.

Boca Seniors took a big step towards the title with a 2-1 win against fellow title contenders Olimpic Daventry.

Pavel Hruby put Olimpic ahead but Matt Payne and Darren Taylor’s goals sealed the points.

Saxons Sevens remain in the title chase after a 6-2 victory against Dankburn Rovers.

Josh Hyams and Ryan Waldock both hit doubles, with Jake Sanderson and Tom Sparks also scoring. Rovers replied through Liam Kenny with a double.

FCG stay in touch after a 6-1 victory against Puyol Pantsdown. Tom Freezer and Jack Wise both scored twice and Toby Hutt and Daniel Smith also found the net for FCG.

Thursday League

Boca Seniors continued their 100 per cent start with a 7-0 victory against DGFC.

Jake Sanderson scored five and Matt Payne and Henry Spears completed the win.

The Sons of Pitches remain the only other team with a 100 per cent start after 3-0 win against Millwall.

Ryan Waldock scored twice and Damon Black the other. Exeter were 5-3 victors against Bottom of the League FC.

On target for Exeter were Chris Trills (2), Alex Kibblewhite, Robbie Farrell and Paul Beevor.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Skrtels were 9-1 winners against Ivory Toast.

Scott Jones, Will Robb and Adam Creaney all fired doubles, Kyle Young, Ricky Jones and Jake Holden completed the scoring.

Monday Fives

Newcomers Admiral Nelson made a fine start with a 6-5 victory against KFC Wimbledon.

Ben Hallett led the way with a fine treble, James Dring, Mark Dyson and John Day also found the net to seal the three points.

Alex Green and Jamie Davies both hit braces and Ben James completed Wimbledon’s scoring.

Inter maintained their perfect record with a 9-5 victory against FC Davcelona.

Tomasz Zelichowski and Sam Birtwistle both hit hat-tricks, Josh Hyams fired a double and Craig Hyde completed Inter’s scoring.

Marcin Chmielewski was in inspirational form with all five of Davcelona’s goals.

M.City remain in second place after a fine 9-4 victory against Bater Neverlosen.

The League’s top scorer Dylan Jones weighed in with seven goals, Joe Hasset’s double sealed the victory.

Liam Fuller continued his scoring form with another two goals, Jordan Shingler and a own goal completed Bayer’s scoring.

FC Palace ran out 9-5 winners against Birmingham Pity.

Nat Miller hit four, Arron Carter and Jake Hyams doubles apiece and Alex Stampolakis finished Palace’s scoring.

Lewis Day was on fine form with a four goal haul and Alex Chaplin was also on target for Pity.
