DAVCELONA were looking to rebound back with a victory over Daventry Olympic to remain on top of the Wednesday Night Six-a-Side Football League.

Davcelona went in at half-time 3-2 in the lead but Daventry Olympic equalised.

In the closing stages Davcelona scored two good goals from Luke Bishop to end the game winners at 5-3.

A victory for Coach and Horses over Pen Island would mean they remain equal on points at the top.

After two first-half goals from Aaron Crampton and Dan Clarke for Coach and Horses the game started to look like it could be a one-sided affair.

But Pen Island pulled a goal back thanks to a superb play from Andrew Moore. Another goal from Andrew Moore equalised the game at 2-2.

In the final game, The Dons scored a victory over William Parker.

Dean Lange (3) and Cory Bailey were on target to give The Dons a comfortable 4-1 victory and move up to third place.
