Chris Trill scored four times as Daventry Drayton Grange maintained their two-point lead at the top of division one.

Trill led the scoring as Grange hammered Corby Pegasus 8-1.

Also on target for Grange were Darren Taylor, Chris Lee, Liam Pickard and William Connell.

Mid-table Weedon were involved in an eight-goal thriller at Wootton St George.

The match ended 4-4, with Bn Drinkwater scoring twice and Tony Linnell and Ashley Brown one apiece.

In division two, West Haddon Albion secured a point in their 3-3 draw with Higham Town.

Daventry Drayton Grange maintained their title challenge in reserve division two as they eased to a 3-0 success at Heyford Athletic.

Goals came from Rhys Collins, Marcin Chmielewski and Daniel Eyles.

The win means Grange stay second, level on points with leaders Bugbrooke B, but with a game in hand.
