Woodford United are still striving for their first point of the season after losing their latest game 5-0 to Northwood at Byfield Road on Saturday.

The Reds were always second best in the Evo-Stik Southern League Division One Central match, and remain bottom of the table.

They are still only four points from safety though, as second-from-bottom North Greenford were beaten 4-2 at home by Godalming.

Woodford are back in league action tomorrow night (Tues) when they travel to mid-table Barton Rovers.

The two sides met at Byfield Road back in August, with Barton claiming a 2-0 win.
