Departing Middlebrook leaves with three awards

The 37-year-old, who has not been offered a new contract for 2015, picked up the LV= County Championship, Player’s Player and Media Player of the Year prizes.

The Royal London One-Day Cup award went to South African Richard Levi while Steven Crook got the Twenty20 player trophy.

Young player was loan signing Adam Rossington while the pick from the Academy was Saif Zaib.

Other awards saw head groundsman named clubman of the year and Ollie Barton become the choice of the disability players

Laura Tonks was named the Steel-ettos player of the year at the end of a summer that also saw her become the first female to play in the Northamptonshire Cricket League Premier Division.
