WOODFORD United got off to a perfect start in their Tuesday night home encounter with
Biggleswade Town.
The Reds took the lead after only three minutes.
Neil King scored a "wonder goal" with a volley on the edge of the box which soared into the far corner of the goal.

But Woodford's joy was
relatively short-lived as the
visitors scored an equaliser on the half-hour when Brett
Donnelly followed up a corner which was headed on at the
near post.

The score remained on
stalemate for the rest of the game which club chairman Andy Worrall described as "pretty run of the mill".
