Daventry Town Vikings U8s 6
Drayton Grange Allstars 2

The Daventry Town Vikings started their second match with Drayton Grange very strong.
They had many chances early on. Good attacking play resulted in Jack Blackham opening the score followed by another one from him. The Vikings were given a free kick, which was placed in the back of the net by Mungo Bridge. Both teams continued to
attack well in the second half, which saw some great defending by Aidan Landen and attacking football from Mathew Ridgewell. Thomas Clements scored for the Vikings again and a further two goals came from Mungo Bridge. Drayton Grange attacked again and put two goals past the Vikings making the final score 6-2. Man of the match went to Jack Blackham.

Daventry Town Vikings U8s 2
Bugbrooke Black 3

Daventry Town Vikings had a slow start to this match with Bugbrooke Black putting two goals past the Vikings early on. With good defending by Harry Dalziel and goal keeping from Jack Ramsden this kept the score going into half- time at 0-2. The Vikings attacked back in the second half with a goal from Jack Blackham then a cross from Bea Bridge to Mungo Bridge brought the score level. This was an end-to-end game between two good teams but Bugbrooke attacked back in the final few minutes making the final score 2-3.

Blades U9s 1
Welland Valley Yellow 5
A fair start for the Blades with Welland Valley putting pressure on and scoring two goals. The Blades came back with a goal from Thomas Tayles and then another goal from Welland Valley. Second half saw Welland Valley putting more pressure on scoring two more goals, making the final score 5-1.

Drayton Grange Blades U13s 0
Black Panthers Black 3
A competitive first-half saw chances squandered by both sides but Blades were unfortunate to be trailing 1-0 at half-time. Panthers started the second-half stronger and broke free to score another two goals. Good individual performances all round from Blades' players keeps them improving with every game. Man of the match was Nico Parfitt.

Drayton Grange FC U9s 4
Wootton St George Red 1
A good, solid first-half performance saw Drayton control the game and take a 1-0 half-time lead through Joe Stewart. The second-half continued in the same vein with goals from Kyle-Dylan Haynes, Tom Pearson and a second for man of the match Joe Stewart before Wootton scored a late consolation goal.

Drayton Grange Colts 3
An even and competitive first-half saw Colts go in 2-1 up.
Town soon levelled at 2-2. They then dominated play, with Colts' keeper and defence constantly under pressure.
A rare Colts breakaway led to a free kick from which they snatched the winner with only a few minutes to go.

Daventry Town 2
An heroic performance by stand-in 'keeper Scotty Hetherington provided the platform for the Colts to steal the points in this Derby. The Colts had the better of the first-half and took a two-goal lead with goals from Ryan Swan and Josh Hyams before conceding a goal just before half- time. The Town came out strongly and deservedly equalised and only great defending and fantastic goalkeeping kept the Colts level. Having weathered the storm the Colts scored a scrappy winner with Reiss Keating claiming the final touch. A great game played in the right spirit by both teams.

Drayton Grange Dragons U11s 1
Rushmere Rovers 8
Grange were very slow to start and conceded quick goals leaving them to chase the game. They pulled one back from Louis Fletcher before the break. After half-time they conceded again, then had a chance to get back in the game through a penalty but it was well saved by the keeper.
Man of the match went to Louis Fletcher for his goal and midfield display.

Drayton Grange D.U. U12s 3
Kingsthorpe Jets 4
Drayton Grange DU U12s threw away a three-goal leader in their C league encounter with Kingsthorpe Jets. Leading 3-0 at half-time with a Kyle Cherry hat-trick they conceded four second half goals going down 3-4.

DTFC Saxons U9s 0
Wooldale Blue 1
The first-half saw both sides creating good chances but with Wooldale applying the most pressure the Saxons were 1-0 down at half-time.The second half started well with a fine move involving Ben Grosvenor and Aston Shingler who put the ball through to Freddy King whose shot just wide.
With man of the match Jake Graham making fine saves and the defence of Jayden Sammy-Joe and George Clarke holding firm it was Reuben Grove who came closest for the Saxons with a great shot. But despiete Aaron Carlton and Lewis Isom working hard the Saxons could not find the equaliser.


D Grange Diamonds U13s 3
Moultonfields 8
Diamonds started well but faded badly but all credit to Moultonfields who stuck to their game plan.
Jack Hogben, through sheer determination and persistence, scored his second hat-trick of the season and Ryan Johal covered every blade of grass on the pitch and was awarded man of the match.

Earls Barton U15s 2
Drayton Grange 5
Drayton were instantly rewarded in the first minute with a goal from Sarah Grant. Earls Barton equalised only for Hattie Gillet to restore the lead but heading for half-time the home team struck back again making it 2-2.
Abbie Lakey grabbed a brace in the second-half and Hattie Gillet rounded things off. Man of the match went to Jess Billingsley and Abbie Lakey.
Lizzie Glover was excellent in the middle of the park along with Lou Balloch and Aggie Bocsarska.

Falcon Stripes U11s 1
D Grange Blades 4
A powerful display saw Blades race into a 2-0 half-time lead through well-taken goals from strikers Connor Keating and Charlie Williams.
Raising the tempo in the second- half, Blades scored again through the prolific Connor Keating and Jack Creaney. Man of the match and captain Josh Hutchinson marshalled the backline superbly and goalkeeper Matty Hickman was excellent. Falcons scored a late consolation goal.

Daventry Town U12s 2
Billing Utd Orange 5
Daventry took the lead after a well-taken goal by George Reid and this was doubled as Daventry continued to pile on the pressure.
Jack Davies in a goalmouth scramble scored a well-deserved second for Daventry Town.
Billing United got one back following a swift counter attack and scored a long distance deflected shot that looped over Tom Wright in goal.
Billing United came out strong in the second-half and were soon in the lead. Daventry had the chance to draw level but missed a penalty.
Billing added a couple of well-taken goals and went home victors.

D Town Saxons U14s 2
Moulton Park 3
Moulton scored twice in the first- half to go into the break 2-0 up and scored their third at the start of the second-half but Daventry got one back from Tyler Evans and Daventry's new boy Matthew Gunn scored a belter from 25 yards to end the game 3-2.

Daventry Town U15s 0
ON Chenecks 4
A 4-0 defeat did not reflect the effort put in by Daventry Town with missed chances from Charlie Davies, Lewis Quinn and Joe Osborne. Man of the match was Lewis Quinn.

Daventry Town Saxons U10s 4
Brixworth Bulls 2
The visitors promised to be a tough challenge but a well-organised Daventry proved equal to the task winning 4-2.
Scorers for the Saxons included Will Hammond, Robert Stewart and a brace for Mason Graves. Praise has to go to the Daventry defensive partnership of Danny Alcock and Sam Woods for cancelling out a quality Bulls' attack.

Long Buckby Bucks U9s 0
Soccer Stars City 7
A spirited performance from Buckby against a good Soccer Stars team saw Buckby outplayed for much of the game. Despite the final result, Buckby worked hard from start to finish and showed great determination throughout.
Man of the match was Brandon Oddy.

D Grange Colts U10s 2
Parklands Tigers Black 0
Colts played with confidence and pressured Blacks with Harry Hakin, Layton Billson and man of the match Jacob Ireland creating chances.
A super through ball from Tom Sharpe put Jacob Ireland in for the first goal, and his second came with a great finish for 2-0 at half-time.
Nic Robinson, Bradley Dornan, Bronya Madden and Matt Coleman in goal, kept Blacks at bay with good defensive work and Colts created a number of scoring opportunities during the second-half.

Dav Town Danes U10s 2
Silverstsone Racers Red 1
Danes secured victory in this tense game with a last-minute strike from on-form Lewis Boorman.
Danes took the lead with Dylan Hanna slotting home. Silverstone came back in the second half and scored, had a goal-bound shot blocked by Charlie Clayton and missed a penalty before Danes sealed the win. Player of the day was Louis Jones.

Drayton Grange U16s 2
Bugbrooke 3
Karl Shingler made a good early save but was unable to stop Bugbrooke taking the lead in an even game. Kristof Zybd hit the post shortly before half-time but it was into the second-half before Philip Emery headed an equaliser and a Zybd shot gave Drayton Grange the lead. Drayton were made to pay with two Bugbrooke goals in the last 10 minutes. Man of match was Russ Weaving.

Drayton Grange Pumas U10s 1
Blisworth 2
Good saves from Jack Barton and solid defence work from man of the match Adam Grogan and Harry Nightingale kept Blisworth at bay.
Ben Turtill curled in a free just before half-time. Leighton Matty and Brandon Davis chased well but Blisworth scored two quick goals to sneak a 2-1 win.
