South Northamptonshire Council are offering a £20 voucher for feedback on their summer holiday activities.
The council is conducting a survey asking children, parents, grandparents and carers for their views and suggestions to ensure a wide range of activities for children aged five to 16 years old.
This year over 2000 children and young people attended the SPLAT activities which included village games across the district, sports camps, arts workshops and family fun days.
Councillor Rosie Herring, portfolio holder for community engagement and wellbeing, said: “Many families find the cost of occupying their children each summer daunting and our SPLAT programme provides a variety of great value, or in some cases, free summer activities.
“The survey presents residents with a real opportunity to share their views to help us shape the SPLAT programme from 2014 onwards, and I would encourage everyone to take the time to let us have their thoughts.”
The survey, which will take around 10 minutes to complete, is available online at www.consultation.southnorthants.gov.uk/leisure/9aa61049
or paper copies can be obtained on request. The closing date for feedback is Friday, 1 November and all entries stand the chance to win SPLAT booking vouchers worth £20 to be used in 2014.
