TYRES and wheels have been stolen from tractors in Kilsingbury.
It took place between 2pm on Saturday and 8am on Monday. Thieves entered a track near to the Kislingbury roundabout on the A45, cut the padlocks on a farm gate and drove across a field full of sheep.
They then entered the Renault Trucks site by cutting a hole in the fence with bolt cutters and jacked up two tractor units, stealing seven wheels and tyres.
It is thought the thieves then wheeled the wheels and tyres across the yard and left using the same way they came in.
It is likely that there were several people involved in carrying out this theft and it is possible they were disturbed in doing so.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw suspicious activity at this location, especially on thr Weedon and Banbury roads.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
