ROADS in Daventry town centre will be closed when the motorcycle festival comes to town.
The High Street, Market Square and Tavern Lane will be closed from 7am to 6pm on Saturday, May 18 for the event which has been running for the past two years.
These areas will be used to accommodate stalls and motorcycles that will be arriving from 7am.
Organisers have said there will be access for people who live or work in Church Walk and throughout the day.
To help with the organisation of the festival, organisers have asked any cars/vehicles in these areas are moved prior to the event.
Daventry-based firm Unlimited Communications is organising the event and the free family-friendly festival will be running between 10.30am and 2.30pm.
There will be a real variety of motorbikes, from vintage to modern, British and beyond, plus displays and owners on hand to reveal the history of their bikes and answer questions. There will also be stalls, music, children’s rides and more.
