THERE is fresh hope for a primary school on a Daventry estate with a major education sponsor offering to take on the project.
Middlemore residents have been left frustrated by the county and district councils after a promised primary school was withdrawn.
But now E-Act, a not-for-profit education organisation, says it can get a Free School up and running on the estate.
There are now calls for Daventry District Council to scrap, or at least delay, controversial plans to build homes on the site earmarked for a school.
