Man indecently exposed himself in village

A MAN who indecently exposed himself is being hunted by police.

Officers in Daventry are appealing for witnesses after the man exposed himself on a towpath near Watford on Tuesday, March 15.

A 59-year-old woman was steering a narrowboat along the Grand Union Canal when the man appeared from behind a tree at sometime between 1.15pm and 1.45pm.

The offender was a white man, aged between 25 and 30 years, between 5ft 6in and 5ft 8in tall with a shaven head and of average build. He had a pasty complexion, a round face and had tattoos on both upper arms. He was wearing jogging shorts and a short sleeved T-shirt.

Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or anyone who may recognise the description of this offender.
