Young musicians set for Christmas concert

DAVENTRY Music Centre is getting set for two Christmas concerts.

The junior concert will be on Saturday, December 8, at 11.30am, with the seniors’ concert at 6pm on Saturday, December 15.

The junior concert will include music and movement, singing, mini strings, intermediate orchestra, choir, string groups, wind and percussion and more.

The senior concert will include entertainment from wind and jazz bands, choirs, orchestras, ensembles, drama, dance and more. Many of these students went on a successful tour to Paris in April this year.

Civic dignitaries from Daventry district and town councils have also been invited.
