Two injured in car accident in Weedon

A CAR accident on the A5 yesterday (Thursday) left two people injured.

The collision took place near to the Narrow Boat pub in Weedon at around 3.30pm and involved two vehicles.

Police are appealing for two van drivers, who had to brake sharply to avoid the accident, to come forward. Neither of them stopped at the scene.

The van drivers, or anyone else who may have witnessed the collision, are asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
