Truck and dog stolen from Woodford Halse

A TRUCK containing a spaniel dog was stolen at midday today (Wednesday) from Woodford Halse.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the theft of the white Ford Transit tipper style truck. Witnesses said they saw three men wearing dark clothing get out of a light coloured car - possibly a BMW.

The spaniel was in the back of the truck and was found safe a short while afterwards having been dumped in Upper Boddington.

Anyone with any information should contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 or anonymously on Crimestoppers 0800 555 111.
