Thieves drive car into Crick store

PEOPLE have been left shocked in Crick following a ram-raid by thieves which targeted the local shop.

The Heart of England Co-op in the High Street was hit by a car at 4.30am on Thursday last week.

A small amount of stock was stolen during the incident and a getaway vehicle, believed to be a red Volkswagen Golf, drove off in the direction of West Haddon.

The incident has surprised people in the village.
