THE views of the people of Daventry were being solicited by Northampton College on Tuesday.

Ellen Butler (pictured) was recently appointed to Northampton College and wants to find out what people would like to see at the town’s campus.

The ‘Have Your Say’ survey forms part of the overall re-launch of the college’s Daventry Centre.

She said: “I consider it vital that we engage with local people to elicit their views on what they would like to see offered at Daventry.

“Rather than provide a list of educational opportunities which I think local people might want, I want to switch it around and ask the question – what would you like to study or engage with at the centre? We are then in a better position to look at how we meet local demand.”

In addition, the college will be opening its doors on Tuesday, November 13 to allow people to come along and have their say in person. Everyone is welcome between 5pm and 7pm.
