Newnham School trip to the National Space Centre

Key stage 2 pupils from Newnham Primary School were feeling inspired after they visited the National Space Centre in Leicester last week.

They took part in a range of workshops where they learnt about the phases of the moon and produced moon cycle cards. Lizzie Gaffney, senior leader, said: “The children had a fantastic day in Leicester. The workshops were brilliant and really helped the children’s understanding of the subject.”
