Police and computers on the agenda for over-50s

THE up-coming police commissioner elections will be discussed at the next meeting of the Daventry and District Over Fifties Forum.

Northamptonshire Police Authority’s chief executive Debbie Roe will be at event on Thursday, September 27.

There will also be various other speakers including a talk about taking the ‘fear factor’ out of using computers.

Anyone aged 50 and over who lives or works in the Daventry district can attend the free forum, at The Abbey in St John’s Square, Daventry, from 2pm to 4pm.
