People at risk urged to sign up for flu jab

THE Abbey House Medical Practice in Daventry will be holding its annual flu vaccination clinics on Saturday, October 6 and October 20 between 9am and 11am.

The at-risk group covers pregnant women, the over-65s, carers, stroke victims, people with lowered immunity and those with chronic conditions.

Daventry Methodist Church will have coffee, tea and, on October 6, breakfasts for a small fee for Action for Children.
