Pensioner in hospital after accident in Brixworth

A PENSIONER has been hospitalised following a crash in Brixworth on Saturday.

It took place at Shellycoates Road at 7pm when a 75-year-old man driving a silver Vauxhall Corsa collided with two other cars. Police have described him as having a “medical episode” which led to the crash.

The two other vehicles, a silver Ford Focus and a dark green Range Rover did not have drivers in at the time of the collision.

The 75-year-old man is currently at Kettering General Hospital for treatment.
