Pair fall from the skies

TWO workers from a village store will reach for the sky with a charity challenge.

Andy Jewsbury and Monaj Shuklar, who work ar the Co-operative store in Brixworth, will be leaping from the clouds with a skydive in Peterborough to raise funds for the Sunny Days Children’s Fund.

Mr Jewsbury, post office manager at Brixworth, said: “As a community retailer, it is vital that we support local causes. The work of Sunny Days Children’s Fund is so valuable.

“I am thrilled that we will be able to help the charity in the future.”

Customers can still sponsor the pair’s skydive, which will take place on Saturday, October 6, by visiting the Co-operative Food store in Hunters Way in Brixworth.
