New homes proposed for Crick

PLANS for new homes, conversions and extensions have been submitted to Daventry District Council.

In Drayson Lane, Crick, an outline planning application has been made to demolish a bungalow and build five new homes in a L-shape courtyard

style ranging from one to two storeys high.

A two-storey side extension has been proposed for a house in Hemans Road, on Daventry's Headlands estate.

At Daneholme Park, off Daneholme Avenue in Daventry, there are proposals

to carry out work to an old ash tree and remove a further dead ash tree with a view to replace it in the future.

Revised plans have been submitted for an application to demolish an exisiting building at a site in Main Street, Church Stowe, and build a

new single-storey home.

In Welton plans have been put forward to demolish an existing utility and lobby at a bungalow in Ashby Road and replace it with a large single story extension.

In Everdon an application has been made for land at Orchard House Farm, in High Street, to construct a new home incorporating a converted barn, while in Banbury Lane in Byfield there is a proposal to convert an outbuilding into extra residential space.

A single-storey extension to Welford Sports Pavilion, in Newlands Road, has also been proposed.
