NEW LOOK GUSHER COMING THIS WEEK
Tomorrow (Thursday) the Daventry Express will unveil its brand new look and you are invited to help us celebrate the paper’s relaunch with a host of special offers and events.
Readers who buy the Gusher from our front office will be entered into a raffle with a chance to win some great prizes.
These include eight tins of Quality Street, a plant (or flowers) from Granmead Florist on Bowen Square, and a £20 ‘One for All’ voucher courtesy of the town’s post office.
Readers can also win a bottle of wine donated by Oxford Street News, a box of chocolates from Thornton’s on Bowen Square and Cadbury Celebrations courtesy of JB Food Store. You will also get a free chance to win our adorable bear (pictured right), donated by Able Rentals on the High Street) in our ‘Name the Teddy’ competition.
Anyone who buys the Daventry Express from Flore Post Office can win a free bottle of wine. Simply pop into the store on Thursday and you will receive a free raffle ticket with your paper.
And it doesn’t end there. When you take the paper home look out for a fantastic competition in The Guide entertainments section of the paper when we are giving you the chance to win a Waitrose hamper worth £250 (pictured). Packed with goodies such as wine, champagne, luxury cake and biscuits, there is also a £150 gift voucher that can be spent in any Waitrose of John Lewis store.
More fantastic offers inside include 500 free pairs of tickets to the Ideal Home Show at Earls Court in London worth £33 to be claimed.
There is also a competition to win VIP tickets to see the UK premiere of A Good Day to Die Hard, starring Bruce Willis. The prize also includes travel and accommodation in a top London hotel.
Local restaurant Buddies will be doing a Kids eat free offer in their restaurant coupon while there will also be a buy one get one free offer on hot drinks at the Evergreen Art Cafe in Sheaf Street, Daventry.
