Marathon challenge for superhero
MHDE-19-04-10-BATMAN-APR44-01 Marathon runner Glen Frank, willl be taking part in this Sunday's London Marathon, dressed as Batman.
A man from Daventry will be donning his superhero’s cape once again to raise money by running the London Marathon.
Glen Frank will be doing the marathon dressed as Batman to raise money for the charity Sense.
This year the London Marathon takes place on Sunday, April 21.
Sense is a national charity that offers support to deafblind people and their families. Being deaf and blind can cause difficulties in a range of areas including communication, access to information and mobility, which the charity works to overcome.
This will be the seventh time Mr Frank, who runs an outdoor fitness group on Lang Farm, has taken on the London Marathon, each time doing so dressed as Batman.
To sponsor Mr Frank go to www.justgiving.com/batman4sense, or call 07961 003034.
