Kitchen fire in Daventry

The fire service was called out to Warwick Court in Daventry on Tuesday evening.

The alarm was raised at the sheltered housing unit off Warwick Street just before 7.15pm to a small fire in a kitchen.

The fire service say a small quantity of cooking was destroyed by the fire.
