Historic items taken in Catesby burglary

WEAPONS from both world wars have been taken in a burglary earlier this week.

It took place in Catesby between 10am and 6pm on Tuesday this week. The front door of the property was forced home and items was taken in the burglary including three Second World War German bayonets and two First World War cutlass bayonets, an iPad, a BlackBerry and jewellery.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who may have any information regarding it.
