Help give Jago his life back

THE Daventry Express is launching a campaign to help a toddler recover from severe brain injuries and return to his home.
Jago Worrall, two, was left critically injured following an accident at his home in Welton in March.
His mother, Lyn, found him face down in a pond in the garden resulting in a lack of oxygen to the brain.
Doctors had originally given him just a one per cent chance of survival but Jago is still fighting and his family are looking to bring him home from a specialist rehabilitation centre in March and continue with the treatment.
But to carry on his treatment the family needs to raise at least£200,000 by the end of the year.
Lyn Worrall said: “For the good of Jago, his two brothers, and for us as a family, we need him to come home so we can be whole as a family again.
“It is fantastic that the Daventry Express is going to help us.”
His father Barney said: “All of the support we have had from the village has been phenomenal. We would not be looking at bringing him back so soon if it was not for all of the support we have had.”
