Hundreds of people got down and dirty in Catesby on Saturday – all in the name of charity.
The event, held at Long Furlong Farm, raised money for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and Scottish cancer charity Maggie’s.
A spokesman for the event said: “We’re delighted to say that we raised £500 for the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance and £500 for Maggie’s Cancer Support.”
There were hundreds of people who took part in five and 10km runs which included obstacles, adventures and plenty of mud. The next event is being held on June 7 at Shuckburgh Hall. Visit www.mudsweatandbeer.co.uk.
