Fundraising going great for Daventry pair

TWO friends from Daventry have been doing further fundraising to aid their bid to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. Abbi Griffiths and Robyn Wad, from the Grange estate, need to raise a total of £8,000 to be able to do the climb in aid of Breast Cancer Care.

The pair are pictured above at a spiritual and late night shopping event held at The Closet in Daventry earlier this month which raised a total of £261.61. They have also been helped by the Danetre and Southbrook Learning Village which raised £946.50 from a mufti day and cake sale. The duo also held a pancake night at Fridays in Daventry and raised £100.12.
