Youngsters were able have fun despite the bad weather when a character from the Disney film Frozen opened up Everdon Fete.
Olaf, a snowman from the Disney film released last year, was the special guest at the event in the village on Monday. After he had opened the fete, he walked through in the village, giving fans young and old had the chance to meet him. There was also a fancy dress competition for people to dress as their favourite Disney character, a coconut shy, skittles, bouncy castle, children’s games, bottle stall, white elephant stall, plants,books, bric-a-bac, arts and crafts in the church.
