Free group exercise sessions in Daventry

PEOPLE can try out a number of free group exercises taking place at Daventry Leisure Centre on Saturday.

The launch of the Group Exercise Class Timetable will be held from 9am to 4pm and includes group cycling, circuit training and bokwa.

It is designed to give people awareness of the classes held at the centre.
