Daventry care home takes trip to Cotswolds

CARE home residents from Daventry enjoyed a trip to the Cotswolds last Thursday.

Residents of Wheatsheaf Court in Sheaf Street took two DACT buses to Bourton-on-the-Water.

Activities co-ordinator Sonja Young said: “Everybody wore T-shirts with ‘Cotswolds Crawl 2012’ on.

Onlookers were seen to smile as they read the message on the shirts which said: “If found wandering please phone for information”.

“It was a great day out, the sun shone and thankfully we didn’t lose any of our residents!”
