Concert will aid church restoration

A concert will be held at St Margaret’s Church in Crick this month to raise further money for its ongoing restoration work.

The Bilton Silver Band will be at the church on Friday, April 25, with a St George’s Day theme.

The church is undergoing a lengthy restoration project.

Having finished phase one at a total cost of almost £418,000, the Friends of St Margaret are now working towards a badly-needed new lighting system.

Tickets for the concert, priced £8 or £5 for school students, and are available from Crick Post Office.

There is access available for wheelchair users. Money raised by the concert will go to the Friends of St Margaret’s Church and will be used for church maintenance and restoration.
