Burglary in Kilsby

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a burglary in Rugby Road, Kilsby.

The burglary happened between 1.30pm and 3.45pm on Friday, April 4.

Three men had knocked on the back window of a house in Rugby Road and told the householder her neighbour’s house had been flooded and she needed to turn off her water. The woman did not let the men in and they left.

The three men were white. One of the men was about 5ft 8ins tall, with a large build. He was wearing a light-coloured puffa jacket and a dark baseball cap. The other two men were slightly smaller and aged in their late teens to early 20s. One of them was wearing a woolly hat.
