DISABILITY cricket lessons are now taking place in Daventry to try to get more people involved in sport.
The sessions are taking place at the leisure centre every Tuesday at 5pm.
Coach Cliff Simms said: “It’s part of the ECB cricket programme which is aiming to offer cricket to all, devoid of ability or disability.
“We are hoping to deliver this for two years and also hope to take the sessions outdoors when the weather gets better.
“Initially it’s just about getting people to come along and get involved and everyone is welcome.”
