PEOPLE can buy tickets on the door for Daventry Express quiz night on Friday in aid of The Jago Worrall Foundation.

The quiz night will be taking place at Daventry Leisure Centre.

Two-year-old Jago had an accident at the family home where he drowned in a pond. He was left with severe brain injuries and has been receiving treatment at a specialist centre in Surrey.

His parents Barney and Lyn are now looking to bring him home and make sure he can receive the round the clock care and carry on getting treatment.

The family are looking to raise £200,000 in a bid to pay for the care and treatment that Jago needs.

Tickets for the night are £8 per person or £35 for a team of five and includes a light supper and there are many fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Prizes for the winners will be a family ticket to Legoland while the runner up can win a family bowling session at Hellidon Lakes Hotel and Spa.

If you fail to get the questions right, there will still be a chance to win some fabulous prizes in our raffle. These include a £500 fitness package for a year at Daventry Leisure Centre, family ticket to West Midland Safari Park, family ticket to see the Horrible Histories at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry, cuddly toys, a three month family spa membership at Daventry Court Hotel, Go Karting for six people at Daytona in Milton Keynes, a hamper of beauty products, a voucher for crystal reiki plus vouchers for bowling, cinema and football.

Doors open at 7.30pm and the quiz starts at 8pm. Tickets can be bought in advance by calling into the Daventry Express office or at Daventry Leisure Centre.
