A team of youngsters helped collect people’s memories and portraits for Daventry Town Museum at an event in an empty shop.
Artists from Glassball have been working with a group from the Phoenix Youth Centre to develop their skills in photography, video and web design, so they can collate the tales, momentos and other parts of Daventry’s past.
They have also been working with Daventry Photographic Society to learn the art of portrait photography to help create a Wall of Faces which will feature in the refurbished museum.
Munashe Matika, 11, is pictured with Mike Fuller from Daventry Photographic Society.
They will next be in town on Saturday, March 2, from 11am to 3pm, at 54 High Street.
Go to the Daventry Calling website for more information on the museum project.
