CHILDREN and staff at Barby Pre-school had a host of fun fund-raising for the school on Saturday.
The Barby school committee held its annual Christmas Bonanza raising £688 in the short three hours they were open.
The pre-school sold toys and sweets, as well as inviting local businesses to set up stalls, paying a fee to the school.
Pre-school manager, Sarah Houghton, said: “We had an awful lot of support from parents, they brought sweet jars and lots of things to sell.
“The bonanza has become a tradition at the school and we have done really well this year.”
As the pre-school is a charity all the money raised will go to maintaining it.
