Egg-citing for youngsters at Easter Hunt in Daventry

There will be a host of egg-cellent activities taking place at Daventry Country Park.

The annual free Easter egg hunt and bonnet competiton will be held on Easter Sunday, organised by Daventry District Council (DDC) and the Friends of Daventry Country Park and sponsored by Cummins.

Youngsters are invited to have lots of fun trying to find the hidden chocolate eggs scattered around the park.

Registration for the hunt begins at 10am at the Visitors Centre and will be followed by the bonnet competition, sponsored by Daventry Town Council. Both the under fives Easter egg hunt and the Eggsplorer trail for five-11-year-olds will then begin at 10.30am.
