A DAVENTRY secondary school is to have police on site this week after closing on Friday when a pupil protest got out of control.
Two PCSOs will be at William Parker School, in Ashby Road, all week the school has confirmed.
Police were called to the school on Friday (March 23) after fire alarms were activated during a protest over a staff restructure.
The ensuing problems led to pupils being sent home in the early afternoon.
The school reopened on Monday as normal.
