Kids have got groove

THREE teams made up of pupils from Campion School in Bugbrooke have achieved success at a regional competition.

The teams led by dance teacher Chenade Pilgrim enjoyed a successful day at the regional heats of the UDO National Street Dance Championship held at Royal and Derngate in Northampton on Saturday.

The students were first in the years seven to nine duo and group performance while in the year 10-13 category, the students came second in the duo competition and third in the group section.

Campion’s students have qualified for the National UDO Finals held in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom, on Saturday, December 3 for the right to represent Britain in the European Street Dance competition.
