A MAN from Daventry with MS has completed a 10km charity run.
Daniel Hughes, 23, from the Grange estate, ran the British 10k London Run on Sunday for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
He was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2009 and suffers from mobility problems which can come and go. Last year he was forced to use a wheelchair.
He said: “It was really, really tough and I think I only got through the last part on adrenaline and determination. I’m really happy I got round in 59mins and 20sec. So far I’ve raised around £700, but people can still sponsor me at uk.virginmoneygiving.com/daniel hughesrunningforms.”
