Six people from Daventry have appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court charged with conspiring to produce a quantity of cannabis.

Annette Heath, Gavin Heath, Paul Heath, Stuart Heath, Neil Moloney, John Tyson, Jason King and Leigh Miller are all accused of working to together to produce the class B drug from January 1, 2011 to September 30, 2014.

Annette Heath, aged 57, Paul Heath, aged 33 and Stuart Heath, aged 60, all of The Medway, Daventry and Gavin Heath, aged 28, of The Stour, Daventry, are also charged with acquiring criminal property.

Jason King, aged 28, lives in Binley Woods, Coventry and Neil Moloney, aged 34, in South Close, Long Buckby. Leigh Miller, aged 34, and John Tyson, aged 41, both live in Wordsworth Road, Daventry.

All eight defendants will appear at Northampton Crown Court later this month.
