TWO masked men burst into a Daventry woman’s bedroom and held a knife at her throat while her grandson slept in another room.
The 61-year-old victim has been left traumatised by the attack which, police say, may have been the result of mistaken identity.
Officers have received intelligence the pair broke into the wrong house on the Grange estate in Daventry.
But the woman was held at knifepoint while the robbers went on to demand cash and gold and take other items.
