ART work by disabled people was put on display at an exhibition last week.
U-KAN-2, an art and craft project for adults with disabilities, held its annual exhibition and general meeting at the Abbey in Daventry.
The charity is based in Daventry and supports people from both the district and South Northamptonshire.
Daventry Town Council mayor Colin Morgan was on hand at the event to judge the work.
He handed out individual certificates for those who had attended last year’s workshops and Julie Anne Chittenden was the overall winner with her sculpture plaque of the Statue of Liberty.
The runner up was Peter Moser with his watercolour painting of Chester Castle.
Henni Seward won the Edie Cullerton Trophy for her individual painted and decorated pink box and Justin Hill won the Paul Thresher plaque for his abstract painting.
