Could you give a cat a home in Daventry district?
A number of cats are currently in foster care and looking for their forever homes.
Emma Markham, adoptions manager for the Northampton branch of the RSPCA, said: “The majority of the animals in our care come via the inspectorate and have often been subjected to abandonment, cruelty, neglect or abuse.

Many of the cats that have rescued have been involved in road accidents and need extensive surgery to mend fractures.
Emma added: “We are a small local, independent charity who rely solely on public donations, and these are vital to help us continue with our work.
“We are now in the midst of ‘kitten season’ and have many kittens and cats looking for new homes. Unfortunately, the adult cats tend to get overlooked during this time.”

They are all flea and worm treated, health checked by a vet and come with four weeks’ free insurance.
