An appeal for witnesses has been launched after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision on the A45 in Flore, yesterday afternoon (Monday, July 27).

The collision happened at about 3pm on Flore Hill, when a black Suzuki GSXR, which was travelling from Flore towards Weedon, was in collision with a black Renault Captor, driven by a 57-year-old woman from Daventry.

The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old man from Rugby, suffered serious injuries and was taken by air ambulance to University Hospital Coventry.
