A TEAM of mums from Daventry have stepped out ahead of a charity fundraising walk.
The 'Ashby Angels' team of seven mothers who all have children at Ashby Fields Primary will be walking 26.2 miles through the night in London as part of the Playtex MoonWalk in aid of the fight against breast cancer on
May 15.
To kickstart their fundraising efforts they took it in turns to walk a marathon on a treadmill in Daventry's New Street Tesco store on Saturday, raising £254.22.
The team has a target to raise a total of £1,000.
