Every child who enters the competition has their photo printed in the Daventry Express's full colour supplement for readers to vote for their choice of Child of the Year 2009.

Winners will receive prizes: including a framed print and vouchers from either Rainbow Playword or Biz-e-Kids.

Age categories are:
• 0-9 months
• 10-18 months
• 19-36 months
• 3-5 years

To enter:
1. Bring your child to the Daventry Leisure Centre from Monday June 29 to Saturday July 4 from 9.30am to 5pm to have their photograph taken by our experienced and professional photographers.

2. Return on Thursday July 9 or Friday July 10 to select the photograph you would like to enter into the competition. Please note only those returning and selecting photograph will be entered.
Photographs are available to purchase, but you do not need to purchase photographs to enter the competition.

3. All pictures will be published in Daventry Express on Thursday July 23 with details on how to vote.

4. The 12 semi-finalists will be published in the Daventry Express on Thursday August 13 with further information on how to vote for the winner.
